Max Enzyme

Max Enzyme is the #1 Ranked Enzyme-Powered Urine Digester!

Max Enzyme is a highly concentrated bacteria/enzyme formulation designed to eliminate severe odors from urine, mold, mildew, organic rot, vomit, skunk, and protein fire residue, and can assist in removing all organic-related staining. Max Enzyme contains more enzymes than any other product available!

It effectively deals with a wide range of odors in carpet and other textiles, and on all colorfast hard surfaces by breaking down the substances which cause odor — and even consumes food sources for molds and mildews as well.

Max Enzyme eliminates the source of organic odors naturally. It also provides permanent odor control and deters future pet deposits.

HOW IT WORKS:

Enzymes have been used successfully for many years in the stain and odor removal industry. They have proven effective to remove the greasy build-up that occurs in the drains of restaurants. Bio/enzymes are the primary organism used to break down sewage in treatment plants, returning the water to a clean, non-hazardous condition. Some laundry detergents contain enzymes. Enzymes were first used in the carpet cleaning industry as spotters for breaking down organic and protein based stains. Enzymes are produced by bacteria. The bacteria are unable to absorb and digest food internally. So, they use enzymes to breakdown or pre-digest this waste matter outside the cell. To accomplish this the bacteria produce the enzymes which act as catalysts to speed the decomposition. The enzymes convert the contamination into simpler substances that can be absorbed by the cell. The bacteria are packaged for use in a dormant form, which are activated in the presence of moisture and an organic food source.

Once activated, they grow and multiply until the food source is consumed. Under ideal conditions, the number of bacteria will double every 20 minutes. Each cell could add over 16,000,000 additional waste and odor digesting bacteria in eight hours. But when the food source is completely gone, the bacteria die and enzyme production stops. The enzymes literally consume the odor causing cells until they are gone.

EASY TO USE:

Saturate the area with Max Enzyme. (You can do this either by using a spray bottle or pouring directly on the urine contaminated area). Keep the area damp 4 to 24 hours. You can cover with plastic to slow evaporation or spray water occasionally to keep the area damp. This is important — as long as Max Enzyme is damp, the enzymes are literally “consuming” the odor-causing cells until they are gone. Once the area dries, the enzymes’ work is finished — and the odor is gone from the treated area.Buy Max Enzyme
